The Lavera is a large multifamily apartment complex in the northeastern region of Dallas. The owner/developers of this project selected our team to complete numerous CapEx projects for the exterior and interior of the property.

The Marquis is a multifamily housing complex that engaged our team to complete large scale CapEx projects. These projects included exterior carpentry, repainting, new shutter install, pool resurfacing and site concrete work.

The Lakeside Apartments is one of only a few multifamily apartment complexes in the Coppell, TX. Our team was engaged to complete a full gut remodel of the existing clubhouse/leasing center & install new outdoor amenities. This includes new pickelball courts, sport courts and shade structures.
