Why We Do It
For years, the core members of Talbert Rodd worked together renovating apartment complexes throughout Dallas, TX for an out-of-state development group. During this time, we started to see the same issues in the marketplace. Some people had trouble finding good contractors, others had trouble receiving good communication from the contractors they hired and very little transparency was ever present. This was exacerbated by the pressure brought on from tenants, inspectors and owners. So we started Talbert Rodd, set off to solve this problem and in the process, set a new standard for Construction & Design.
